Four forms open in a pop-up on the current page. They are linked here by their direct Cognito addresses, which were checked and open the same forms: Club Information & Officer Update, HRC – Purina Product Support, Judge Assignment Approval, and Judges Completed Assignment Report.
Two live copies of the Club Information & Officer Update form exist: this page’s (HRC’s Cognito account) and the one the hrc.dog homepage links (under the web vendor’s Cognito account). Confirm which one receives submissions.
Two Purina forms exist in Cognito (“HRC – Purina Product Support” here, and “Request for Purina Product for Hunt Tests” embedded but not linked on the Clubs page). Confirm which is current.
The two hunt premiums are 2026 blanks. Confirm when the 2027 versions replace them.
Three documents are held because the audit found contact patterns in them: Steps to hold a hunt test (2 email, 1 phone), the UKC hunt report form (1 phone-like number, possibly a UKC office number), and the Club officers list. Confirm whether redacted copies can be published.
