Running Rules Committee
The Running Rules Committee coordinates changes to the Running Rules (rule book) based on the committee’s direction and on proposals submitted and sponsored by member clubs, UKC, the National Executive Committee, Region Field Representatives, and members in good standing. Each regional representative is elected by majority consent of the presidents of the clubs in that region; if a region does not elect one, the National HRC President appoints a knowledgeable member from that region. The committee is one representative from each region plus the HRC President, who selects one elected member as Chairman. The committee is accountable to the HRC Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. Chairperson: Cory Botts. Vice Chair: Todd Tharp.
The Public Relations Committee is appointed by the HRC National President. Public Relations Representatives are accountable to the HRC Executive Committee and are supervised by the HRC President in consultation with the Executive Committee. Chairperson: Kyle Krause.

The Lifetime Members Committee was founded to recognize individuals who made extraordinary contributions to the organization with an honorary lifetime membership. In 2021 the committee was reenergized at the request of HRC founder Omar Driskill and charged with continuing to acknowledge the people who go above and beyond to help make the organization great.
